All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment systems. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Taxes are applied at checkout according to jurisdiction.
All course content, including text, graphics, videos, and downloadable materials, is owned by CyberMindLab or licensed partners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without written permission.
Users agree to engage respectfully within the learning community. Abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior may lead to account termination without refund. All communication and content sharing must comply with applicable laws.
All communications between learners, instructors, and mentors are considered confidential. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and do not disclose information unless legally required.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@cybermindlab.com. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds apply to unused full months and are processed within 15 business days. Completed modules or issued certificates are non-refundable.
Plan Adjustments: Users may upgrade or modify their plan anytime without additional fees.
CyberMindLab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid within the three months preceding any claim.
All training is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee particular results, employment, or performance outcomes. User progress depends on participation and context.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction, regardless of the user’s country of origin.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the latest version.
